Lemme guess, it's by this ridiculous distortion of reality that call yourself "honest"? No one should rate *you* for your bogus statements, they should just rate the *statements*. And if there was a URL to point to them it'd have the word 'statements' in it, as opposed to "people", like this one does <eyeroll>. Of course, there's no suggestion there at all, nor is there on the page where they show "all" of HRC's false statements... all 33 of them. Yes, HRC never made more than 33 false statements while running for POTUS, we all know this <eyeroll>.

The page is about: "Compare the Truth-O-Meter scorecards of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton." This is comparing their scorecards. So what are their score cards? Are they measures of how honest someone is? NO! They are a measure of how accurate the checked statements from those people are. This is an example why you should not use the scorecards to rate overall honesty: Trump lies. A lot. A whole lot. It is easy to show... he is a crappy liar and it is trivial to show his lies. Clinton lies. A lot. A whole lot. But she is a trained lawyer and much more clever liar. This means it is a lot harder to quote her lying. Does this make her more honest than Trump? NO! An even more fun example: your lies, as I have shown in the past, are pretty easy to quote (though not as easy as others). Still, when I tried I was able to quote you lying more in a day (or maybe a week) than you AND OTHERS could find me lying in a year. To YOU, does this prove I am far, far more honest than you are? If not, well, then you just shot down your own argument. The fact my "lies" are wholly or mostly unquotable does not prove I do not lie, it is POSSIBLE I am just very good at it. If that was the case, though, you would be able to show that, as I have been able to show Clinton's lies. <https://youtu.be/2mXK5BABmAU> <https://youtu.be/57-2-o3mlgQ> But I do love that by your own standard I am far, far more honest than you are. :) -- Personal attacks from those who troll show their own insecurity. Who said they "cannot"? I'm pointing out what Politifact is *doing* which is cherry picking. They *could*, if they wanted to, show how many more lies HRC told than Sanders, they're clearly choosing not to. Why? Gee, it can't be anything to do with a bias <eyeroll>. How anyone can look at that 'final five' link, and not see it for what it obviously is, calls into question their objectivity. "The presidential campaign’s descent on the Badger State, ahead of the April 5, 2016 primary, provides a good opportunity to see how each candidate has done on the Truth-O-Meter." 'So we're going to cherry pick some stuff, hoping you won't notice, as we compare how 'truthful' they've been on the campaign trail. Had they been honest, that's how it would have read. (snip ridiculous suggestion based on your confusion)

Sure, Snit ;) I showed what they *are* rating on a page Politifact claims: "provides a good opportunity to see how each candidate has done on the Truth-O-Meter" during their campaigning. Have you actually read any of their assessments? Some of them are outright laughable. Sure Trump is dishonest, but so is Politifact, HRC and all the rest... and none of them are particularly "clever" at it.

Because they come to conclusions you do not agree with? Bottom line: you are making a claim you cannot show evidence for. I *agree* Sanders is far more honest than is Clinton (which is not to say he never lies or is otherwise dishonest). But Clinton is a very good liar... and it shows in her ratings there. The ratings are NOT a sign of how honest someone is but how often they can be show to lie. Think of it this way: when comparing Clinton and Sanders they show Clinton with a higher count of "lies" (for the purpose of this, the bottom three categories). Does that mean their showing more honest comments means she is less of a liar? Nope. But you looked at percentages... which one could also argue. After all they do not look at all comments. So you can use the same data and show show either one of them as being more of a liar than the other. The data itself makes no such conclusion. >> To show this you would have to show what comments they are NOT >> rating > > LOL! Sure, Snit ;) > > I showed what they *are* rating on a page Politifact claims: > "provides a good opportunity to see how each candidate has done > on the Truth-O-Meter" during their campaigning. How they have don on the Truth-O-Meter... not how honest they are overall. Again, looking at the SAME data it is just as reasonable to conclude things in either direction! > Have you actually read any of their assessments? Some of them are > outright laughable. Sure Trump is dishonest, but so is Politifact, HRC > and all the rest... and none of them are particularly "clever" at it. You keep going on and on and on about their ratings without noting which rating you even disagree with. Here, let me help you: if you disagree with a rating of theirs then point to it. Heck, maybe we will reach agreement on thinking they are wrong on some specific point. I bet michaelunowho thinks his life was rough. Gee, imagine michaelunowho trying to pin his flapdoodle on others, no one has ever seen that before <sarcasm>. michaelunowho is trying to project their trolling crap onto Wolffan. For years michaelunowho has pushed the claim that Wolffan needs 'support' to point out all his poor behavior. The fact is that no one needs any proof to do that. LOL! *They* are the ones making the claims about people's statements. I'm merely challenging it. Here's the better question: Instead of merely taking them at their word, because they report what you like to see, can you show that people's statements actually *are* how they've categorize them in every case? And the answer is: Of course not, and, given the way they do it, no one can do that to produce a percentage that has any FACTual meaning due to the subjective nature. This is obvious, but not to *you*. The onus is on them to prove their case in *all* ratings. The name 'politiFACT' suggests it's facts about politics... and even you said they aren't perfect. You don't think it behooves them to stick to *only* that which *would* make their record perfect if they're going to market themselves as a 'fact checker'? The "honest" part of you says, 'yeah, that makes sense', but that's not the part of you who is going to answer.

My take: That anyone can look at those pages and need to see a study to realize what they're doing (with the messages they're obviously trying to send) doesn't bode well for this country. Pages like that are the reason studies have been conducted. None of this is surprising given that the Tampa Bay Times is a well known liberal rag. I wonder how many media pies Clinton donor Soros has his fingers in now...

And no actual ratings you can point to where you show they are biased. Well, at least you have made it clear how little evidence you have. They cannot use reason to show the message to be wrong so they try to feel somehow superior by attacking the messenger. What did you hope for from the lying imbecile? That vallor loon has nothing to lose but time. He has nothing else. Especially not ambition. In spite of my reasoned avoidance of openSUSE, I continue to load it for users who've had complications with Windows 8, particularly if I have learned that they're not capable at securing their computers and ignoring of all of the online threats. I bet he thinks your life was worse than Steve Petruzzellis's. LOL! Right, vallor is wanting to market an HTML reference, which anyone can get in 5 seconds, tied to a basic bubble sort. If he could stop being so dumb he'd figure out how clueless he sounds. Steve Petruzzellis created at least 20 virtual systems in the last year or so. Without Linux that would not be possible. Being decentralized as it is, usenet will never go away but it'll never be a big hit. I could reply to vallor directly but he's a moron who plays trolling games to fulfill his inclination to call everyone a cheat. -- I Left My Husband & Daughter At Home And THIS happened! http://tinyurl.com/proof-about-ebot https://youtu.be/u4xD43Khhkw https://www.facebook.com/JonasEklundh Jonas Eklundh Communication
