They could absolutely provide a small nuke to some terrorists who take
into to israel or wherever.  I doubt anyone will be sifting around ground
zero any time soon after that to find whatever Iranian fingerprints you
think might survive the blast.  None of these muslim psychopaths should 
have a nuke, *ever*.
