Nobody is throwing out such opinions of relevant scientists. There are
just very few if any relevant scientists who deny the evidence. If you
can find a small number good for you, I guess, you are able to hand-pick
extreme outliers to back your denial.
If you want to learn about science go to ANY scientific page where they
discuss the topic. Stop being willfully ignorant.
