That last statement is a bit mild.  'could be' isn't even close to it!  
It is missing plugins and extensions which make it a non-starter for me.  
It is fast though.

The boot up speeds are weird too.  Sometimes it boots or comes out of 
hibernate/sleep very quickly with all the open apps there just fine.  
Then other times it is laggy as hell and oft times the open apps are 
there with a blank screen.  And when it does that, the only thing that 
really works is to restart.  Irritating!!

Wifi issues have been a problem for quite some time.  While W8/8.1 was 
much better about it, the wifi issues plague W10, even just losing it 
while actually in use.  And I don't mean just losing connection, it loses 
the whole damned device until you restart.
