Setting aside the question of criminal tendencies, blacks get into
more trouble with the cops than whites primarily because they seem to
have trouble with authority, and their behavior usually ranges from
not complying with instructions to flat out resisting arrest.  If Mike
Brown's first choice had been "hands up don't shoot" instead of trying
to grab the cop's gun, he would still be alive today.
