Hello, When using for sending Mail, for the first time ever, yesterday and today, I have been repeatedly getting the following pop-up message every minute or so: "This accessory may not be supported" What is this ? How do I get it to stop ? (the Mail, though, does seem to work just fine, other than these pop-ups) Thanks, Bob --- This email is free from viruses and malware because avast! Antivirus protection is active. http://www.avast.com

Thanks. -- E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my ravenous SPAM filter. I often ignore posts from Google. Use a real news client instead. JR

Hi, Thanks for help;much appreciated. Absolutely nothing has changed over the last year or two. The only cable I have plugged into it, or ever had, is just the power cable going to the wall AC power brick for keeping it charged, which is always plugged in. Nothing else. The gadgets that I have plugged into my regular PC via the USB Ports running windows does change often. As both the iPad and the PC are connected to the internet via a home type of Router, could this be the cause of the problem ? Hard to believe, frankly, though. Antivirus protection is active. >http://www.avast.com My error message - on my iPhone 3GS - is usually caused by a pin that didn't seat properly and/or a speck of dirt on one of the pins. I agree with what one of the other posters stated: unplug the device and then plug it in again. In other words, just re-seat it. Take the device & cable to the Apple store if the error does not go away. For what it's worth, I fried an iPhone 3GS because the wall plug & electrical circuit (it was plugged into) was not properly grounded to house ground. Lucky for me I had purchased an extended warranty and my phone was replaced under warranty.

I usually break off the end and mush up the fibres a bit then use it almost like a brush, paying particular attention to the edges and corners of the gap where dust may collect into mini dust bunnies. -- 'If you sow dragons' teeth, you should get dragons. Not fighting skeletons. What did it say on the packet?' 'I don't know! The myth never said anything about them coming in a packet!' 'Should have said "Comes up Dragons" on the packet.'
