Where? Details? I am in London, UK. Many years ago, I felt I was treated with disrespect by a Constable, when I made a report (I can't remember the subject) at a Police Station. A retired Superintendent advised a letter to the relevant Commissioner of Police. I was 'phoned by a senior officer and told words had been had with the offending Constable. Go over there with three or four of your buddies from the football team (interior linemen are best) and get it back. Then I guess you live in the wrong country. It's an easy score for the police if you provide them with pictures and GPS data. Another crime solved without any effort from their part.
