If you actually think that the CPU halving is "for a very short time", then you have simply proven you don't comprehend even the simplest of adult logic. The CPU halving is based on a determination of the battery "chemical age", which, I must literally state this obvious fact to you - never gets better. It only gets worse, in fact. So if a CPU is halved today, later it's even worse. Since you don't seem to comprehend even the simplest of logic, I will need to state the obvious fact that *there is no battery fairy*. It's a well known fact by any adult *intelligent* enough to comprehend facts, that the *secret* throttling of the CPU was often *drastic*, and always *permanent* and it *just gets worse and worse* over time. Nowadays, you have a simple choice: a. Put up with the throttling and accept unacceptable performance, or, b. Put up with the throttling and accept unacceptable stability. *Pick one*.
