Depends how you copy it ...

file transfer over bluetooth isn't fast, neither is a USB cable.

if the phone is connected to wifi then you could push it to an app such 
as dropbox, onedrive etc, then pull it down again on the PC, that will 
depend on your internet speed, if that's not fast (or you don't like the 
idea of your recording being in the cloud) you could get a cifs/smb 
client for the phone and copy it direct over wifi to a share on your PC

Lots of ways to skin the cat.
