  What happens if you tap a .mobi or a .azw file in your file manager?

  The possibly results that I know of are:

1. The desired app opens it.
2. An app opens it, but not the desired one.
3. You get a popup with a list of (one or more) apps, which supposedly
   can open this type of file.
4. You get an error message saying somthing like there is no app which
   can open this type of file.

  Please give the requested/resulting information and in case of 2. and
3., give the names of the app(s).

[1] But not neccessarily *solved*, because that depends on whether the
'Amazon Kindle for Android' app (or/and your old Android version) is
broken or not.
