Cartoon in a local paper showing a yank looking at the street
outside a pub, remarking. "Oh, you painted the street green"
the local replies "Ummm, yes". St. Patricks Day was quite
this year, on a Monday meant that the weekend cash was spent.

All hokum for the masses. The US government tells the companies
to do something, they do it. all else is hokum. Oh, Dublin,or Ireland
is a tax dodge, or rather, a gateway to tax dodges (Bermuda, Luxenburg,
even the UK.. ) Its not Irish taxes that are being avoided, its US or
other countries.
