No, and what is worse, the "survey" will contain an opt-in for email marketing check-box that is checked on by default, and given a css style of "display: none;" so that upon submitting the survey, you have 'agreed' to be sent emails again, continuing the cycle.... My other solution to some of this problem is to give each company a custom, unique, email address. That way if one of them abuses the privlidge, I just remove the alias for them, and all of their emails simply bounce from that point onward.
