You are clearly a technical incompetent if it takes one week to finally be removed. There is a reason why, when "org X" wants "email address" and they have no need for it, they get "nospam@example.com". That way, I get "no spam" from them.... Of course, this only works for the one's where you can work with their not being able to contact you.
