Nah, that was WRT the Renault plugs. I haven't seen any particularly
bad headlamp bulbs, though I bemoan the loss of sealed beam
headlights. With bulb lights, after 10 or so years the plastic lenses
start turning the same color as seen on old computers where the
original plastic was "putty" color. Then (if you actually want light)
you have to replace the entire headlamp assembly.

I saw an article once that claimed you could de-yellow old computer
plastic by (IIRC) soaking it in an oxygenating laundry compound. Dunno
if that would have worked for headlamp lenses.
