Frustrated American here, and not trying to turn a tech thread into a
political one, but ... these days it matters less what POTUS thinks and
more what Congress does.  Pres. Obama may want net neutrality but
Congress is fully and thoroughly bought by corporate interests and it's
not clear they have the same vision.
