Far be it for me to defend Facebook, and I think they're sketchy too,
but I find increasingly computer users struggle with even basic tasks
requiring computer literacy, and FB is increasingly dealing with new
markets of people with less computer literacy than even that ... they're
trying to make it easy.

That said, it's still shocking.
