Just to let people know, John (at) SoylentNews (the admin) has replied to this on squte.com, using the name 'EvilOverlord'. I am copying it below for those reading this on desktop readers QUOTE I'm with everyone else on this - don't read too much into the TOS you find on SoylentNews. Right now we're rushing to get everything done, and have only been addressing issues related to first rollout. I intend to turn the site into a nerd utopia that bucks all the ugly corporate trends. This will take time to gel - certainly more than a week. Check us out in a few months, once we've had a chance to settle in and address the details. You'll probably like the TOS.
