I found out how to make a file in Windows without a filename - I had
tried and I had thought that it was not possible.

I added the file in the directory

https://files.nyu.edu/emf202/public/nt/

Unfortunately, my server does not seem to support it according to the
compression test. So unless there is some other way, a 500 KB data file
will have to do.

BTW, I've opted for ephemeris.b36.csv, but is there a commonly used
extension for base 36 csv files?
