Somewhat ironically the trademark (both in the UK ad the US) is
JAVASCRIPT.  When you register a word mark (rather than a mark with a
style or design element) it is registered in all caps.  JavaScript is
therefore covered, but so is javascript -- the name that does not denote
a language.

Technically a trademark owned by Oracle.  This does not preclude the
everyday use that is so troublesome to some.
