     You insist that there is a standard which there is, but provide
no guidance to how to code with the standard.  Not a very good answer,
then and hardly encouragement to use the standard.  My question is
clear enough.  I can try again:

     With CSS, you can define an override behaviour and invoke it with
id=.  How do you do this more than once in a document without running
afoul of that id values are supposed to be unique?
