I came across this issue as well trying to use -Xmaxerrs 500

Here is my workaround:

<compilerarg value="-Xmaxerrs"/>
<compilerarg value="500"/>

So for your case, I guess you would have:

<compilerarg value="-Xbootclasspath" />
<compilerarg value="E:/Program"/>
<compilerarg value="Files/Java/jdk1.7.0_02/jre/lib/rt.jar" />
