Elderly persons are not "exported". But many welthy elders chose to live 
in warm countries like Spain, or Turkey where housekeepers are cheap, 
until they have spent their money there. But when they need expensive 
medical treatment they return to Germany, where their mostly expensive 
treatment or hospitalization is paid for by others.

FWIW typical residential costs for a 1-room residence flat incl food, 
cleaning, nursery are about 3500 EUR/m, means about 5000 USD/m.

Yes, and we still are way better than the USA.  Medicaments are about 17%, 
so even though they are about twice as expensive as in other European 
countries, this does not raise the overall costs.  The health expense in 
Germany is about 10% of the GDP, in the US it is close to 20%.  Yes, when 
looking at other countries that have higher health costs in the OECD, I find 
very few:

Nope, as you don't understand how medical insurance companies work here.  
They are pretty efficient.  The most inefficient parts are the doctors, 
followed by the pharmaceutical industry.

You are completely miss history. I see, this makes you happy, because you think your dollars make you right forever in future and for all the times in the past. Most of Russian families has a casualties from WWII, and it is a pure shame to any Russian to not to get respect to any defenders (not only Soviet, but including allies too). You are so lucky don't need to feel it and be able to dream, how many nuclear strikes you want to launch against other countries. 

1. Try to find information about weapon sales from USA to Hitler. Also oil, materials, investments and so on takes a place from approx. 1934. Yes, UK should be very thankful for 'Standard oil' for German planes...
2. About 1 mln. of Japan troops was routed in a weeks by Soviet veterans, when armies was transported from Germany to China. It is very interesting, why US nuclear bombs was used against Japan peoples, not military objects.

That shows a profound lack of knowledge. Hitler was a fascist, not a 
socialist (yes, they called it "National Socialism" but it was 
structurally a facist system of government.

Similarly, Communism is  philosophically and structurally quite 
different from Socialism.

You are far better at slinging slogans than rational discussion.
