Is entropy a form of chaos?  Sorry, it seems you capitalized Chaos.

I'm assuming that you're capitalizing Chaos and Nature to represent
a higher level, abstract concept, sometimes personified or treated
as a self-aware or powerful force, somewhat like when someone
capitalizes Faith or Truth in the context of religion or scientific
fact.

Does that expectation of the unexpected in regards to Forth actually
have something to do with Chaos or is this a design issue with Forth?
e.g., your failure to implement safety checks, therefore your program
crashed spectacularly.
