Thank you.  We put a lot of effort into making it more generally appealing.

Yes, that is true.  We made a strategic decision to omit 'CREATE DOES>',
since it is very difficult to explain to non-Forthers, and we could not
come up with a convincing enough use-case to justify the added
complexity.  We may still be convinced otherwise...
