The big benefit, of my way of using Forth, is that I can start with a small processor and, if it become necessary, move to a larger processor without having to re-certify everything again. This despite the fact I may have changed family of processor in the move. When your Virtual Machine has been in use and stable for more than 40 years you get to realise there must be something right about it. I think I am starting to convince some of the SPARK-ADA proponents (but it may take a little more work there yet). -- ******************************************************************** Paul E.
