Doing everything using "goto" allows you to manually control the stack
and memory use.
Maybe extremely useful to make firmware that make a plane crash or two
trains to crash into each other. :)

You've demonstrated yourself repeatedly that you think about
the most disgusting qualities, the absolute lowest things.
Is that really who you want to be? Do you find any peace
in embracing that hideous nature?

Here's an alternative idea for you to ponder:
https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Philippians+4%3A8&version=KJV
8 Finally, brethren,
whatsoever things are true,
whatsoever things are honest,
whatsoever things are just,
whatsoever things are pure,
whatsoever things are lovely,
whatsoever things are of good report;
if there be any virtue, and
if there be any praise,
think on these things.

Most all your posts include these attributes, because you consistently

Could we go back to the use of goto in a high-level C program?

I believe goto must be used together with global variables, otherwise,
you got unknown variables easily. :)

I don't use goto that often, in reality. But still, some projects might
find it useful. Thanks.

Declarations are made somewhere inside a block of code. The compiler is not required to make the stack allocation for the declaration be at the point where the declaration is written. Some compilers will do all the stack allocation in one go at the top of the block, regardless of where the declaration is written; others will do it on first use only, keeping stack use minimal. In some cases, either of these two options may be chosen, depending on optimization settings. It makes sense for a programmer to keep a declaration be with the code where it is called, but that will not have any effect on the actual code. All that matters is the stack frame. A goto cannot jump outside of a function body; it can only stay within that body. As such, all the declarations are made and remain valid. The only exception is that a goto statement "shall not jump from outside the scope of an identifier havinga variably modified type to inside the scope of that identifier" (N1570, §6.8.6.1, 1). This is for obvious reasons (otherwise the size of the variably modified type would be unknown). Beyond that constraint, all declarations are presumed to be available, regardless of where the goto jumps.

It's a step in the right direction.
https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+Corinthians+3%3A18&version=KJV
18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be
wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
And:
https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+Corinthians+3%3A19&version=KJV
19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is
written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
Follow the ways of the world and you perish. Follow the ways of God
and you live. It's what I quoted Kenny today that you disregarded as
more STUFF:
https://groups.google.com/d/msg/comp.lang.c/iJe7R-i4oWA/AvaJovrQBgAJ
So long as you think of it as "STUFF" you separate yourself from it,
and from the salvation of your eternal soul.

But I really don't need to get dumber from reading your left wing interpretation on religion. This is because I sort of need my braincells for my job. And for the record, I say left wing interpretation because Marx did a left wing interpretation of things, and we ended up with communism. So my belief is that no one can be this crazy unless they do a left wing interpretation of things.

You don't actually "get dumber" from learning the things of Christ.
You learn spiritual things, which point out where the carnal / flesh
things fail. They fail in strength, longevity, and righteousness.
You should make time to address the issues of your soul. You are not
promised tomorrow, but eternity is always there waiting for you to
leave this world.
Jesus also gave a warning when in a parable where people got caught
up with the affairs of this world, and did not consider Him in their
lives:
This parable is describing Jesus calling people to His great,
eternal banquet. He's describing it in a parable so we can
understand in Earthly terms what He means in spiritual / eternal
terms:

15 When one of those at the table with him heard this, he said
to Jesus, “Blessed is the one who will eat at the feast in
the kingdom of God.”
16 Jesus replied: “A certain man was preparing a great banquet
and invited many guests. 17 At the time of the banquet he
sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, ‘Come,
for everything is now ready.’
==> Note: Verse 17 is not in the NIV translation:
17 And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were
bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.
18 “But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said,
‘I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please
excuse me.’
19 “Another said, ‘I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and I’m
on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.’
20 “Still another said, ‘I just got married, so I can’t come.’
21 “The servant came back and reported this to his master. Then
the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant,
‘Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and
bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.’
22 “‘Sir,’ the servant said, ‘what you ordered has been done,
but there is still room.’
23 “Then the master told his servant, ‘Go out to the roads and
country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house
will be full.

I don't. I only do when some left wing delusional nut gives his creative reinterpretation of things. And in unrelated news, I didn't hear the neighbor lady of loud sex at 6am. I'm guessing this is because her husband is getting ready to be released from the hospital.
