Couldn't find it on the web. So I did what's been suggested above...
   git clone https://git.savannah.gnu.org/git/c-intro-and-ref.git
   cd c-intro-and-ref/
   make c.pdf
So I assume that makes the same thing you're referring to.
Yeah, looks pretty good at quick first glance.
