It might be some kind of glitch in Excel.  I don't run Windows, so I
can't investigate further.  (LibreOffice Calc, a replacement for MS
Excel, doesn't seem to have that issue.)

BTW, I see you've started snipping more quoted text, which is great --
but please don't snip the attribution lines.  There's no indication in
your followup that I wrote the quoted text.
