Is that accurate? For example, given:
zero,"one,two",three
your method would store the 9 characters "one,two", including the
quotation marks, for the second field. I think it should be the 7
characters one,two without the quotation marks. Otherwise there would
be no way to represent a field that contains a comma and no quotation
marks.
