Actually it contains something equivalent to:

    #define _Bool bool
    #define true 1
    #define false 0
    #define __bool_true_false_are_defined 1

So yes, having an implicit #include <stdbool.h> for all programs would
break programs that define "bool", "true", and/or "false" for their own
purposes.
