I see it Sergio Durigan Junior's way.

If I'm writing <math.c>, then the text of <math.c> contains
#include <math.h>
#include <float.h>
#include <errno.h>
And the text of <math.h> contains no #includes.

But if I'm writing a *.h file
that has size_t parameters in the function prototype declarations,
then *.h will have
#include <stddef.h>
and *.c will have
#include "*.h"
