Can anyone recommend a good book for someone who is pretty strong in old school SQL but not the newer SQL 92 standard? TIA Eric

TIA By "old school" you must mean SQL89 or even ante-standard SQL? That's properly old alright. If it's SQL92 plus many later features you are interested in, I'd suggest any of Rick van der Lans' SQL books. (Full disclosure, I was a technical reviewer for one of them.)
