Some outdated version which was released while MS-Windows-XP was still 
supported by Microsoft. This version will most likely have other 
security related issues, there been a few nasty ones in old versions of 
PHP, MySQL and Apache.

I would recommend you to do as Jerry already said, upgrade, you have 
plenty of options at distrowatch.com if you don't want to spend money on 
buying a new version of microsoft product.
