So, if you are poor, with dark skin, and live in an urban environment 
where it's dangerous to be outside, and there are no safe outdoor spaces 
where you don't have to worry about "difficult" interactions with law 
enforcement or bigots, and you work 3 jobs, indoors, and you don't make 
enough money to buy milk and you're lactose intolerant in any case, and 
you're not eligible for WIC cheese or milk because you're not pregnant, 
and the nearest drugstore where you could buy vitamin D supplements is 9 
miles away and the bus and the train don't go there, and you don't have 
a car, you could be in a "high risk for COVID-19" category?

Should The President order the immediate distribution of vitamin 
supplements, or should he have FEMA send body bags and let nature take 
its course?

Such a conundrum, innit?
