Landline phone-base unit is physically plugged into the Modem Box. That 
phone connects Wirelessly to a second Phone handset.

This Desktop Computer connects to the Modem Box via Wi-Fi.

It's this Computer that I want to, temporarily, connect to the Internet 
via my Mobile phone, either

1. directly via Computer USB lead to Mobile phone Mini-USB socket

or

2. via Wi-Fi to the Mobile Phone

or

3. via a Mobile Phone chip in a USB Dongle
