The requirement to have an address to deliver subpoenas to is EU-wide. I checked. You can also make cash payments here as a last resort. It will have to be staffed at least at some known time every week, as announced on the company registry or some medium referenced from there, e.g. a web page. You can delegate this to a lawyer, auditor or accountant, but only to such licensed professionals. All contracts must also have either the corporate registry number or a name and address that uniquely identifies the company, and where you can pay in cash or deliver subpoenas. The pay in cash requirement has been relaxed in some countries, but definatly not in the UK. -- mrr
