Bullshit it is compared with sat phones in the most important places like police stations, fire stations, hospitals etc etc etc. That works FAR better than SW essentially because the comms system is vastly more reliable and capable and allows a full net service as well. That’s how the pacific islands do it and they get serious emergencies most years.
