You can clearly see a chunk of WTC7 right next to the damaged part of 
Fiterman Hall.

We aren't talking about the rate of speed of the falling of the curtain
wall.  We're talking about how part of it fell across the street and 
damaged Fiterman Hall, as well as how kooktards hide the fact a good chunk
of WTC7 had already collapsed by the time the main collapse started, by 
not showing the penthouse vanishing several seconds earlier.
