Can't help it. No help from more devs no fast updates. I use Vivaldi as a
second browser. Even Firefox now stumbles on a few sites and Vivaldi is the
most suite like.

Whatever is done to fix this, PLEASE keep the ability to have .xpi-type
extensions.

Some Republican officials have denounced the assassination
of Charlie Kirk as a conspiracy by liberal Democrats. Why
then is the attempted kidnapping of the Democrat governor
of Michigan, the shooting of a Democrat state senator of
Minnesota, and the assassination of the Democrat speaker
of the Minnesota state assembly not denounced as a
conservative Republican conspiracy?

Is Vivaldi based on Mozilla's engines?

No but it is the only Chromium browser I know which you can configure with an
OS theme and traditional layout including a status bar. AFter Manifest V3
enforcement will need to re evaluate but not now.

https://ibb.co/xKkkyNj7

The wip branch when I made it to work with optional chaining will unbreak lots
of stuff but you need another browser for the forseeable future. Too much js
and css junk in the pipeline for a small team and looking at the state of
mozilla central I am not a fan by a mile. Now with AI and lets see when we can
do another logo and branding change... :)

I follow Elon Musk on X and have seen a lot of mention there about Grok
Code as the top resource for AI coding. Could use of Grok Code help
make you more productive by allowing you to delegate the drudge work of
ensuring you don't break anything while improving SeaMonkey's engine?

How safe is Chromium as compared to Chrome? I'm trying to keep my
life as Google-free as possible.

Currently I fall back to Firefox for sites that Seamonkey can't
handle. But I don't like it. It was changes in the user interface
in Firefox 29 that made me switch to Seamonkey in the first place.
Do people recommend Vivaldi as a non-Google, non-Firefox alternative?

Chromium is the Google engine.

The Brave browser - https://brave.com/ - is also Chromium based, but is
probably the most secure variant around. I'm not particularly keen on
some of the decisions they made, but I keep it around for the rare cases
where Firefox fails me (and I have FF for the cases where Seamonkey
slips up).

Thanks. I am just going to use Firefox since I use http://new.reddit.com more these days due to new features.

Yes Ant. We've all noticed. And it's getting worse day by day.

Since you're really tight with the LORD, maybe you could ask HIM to
assist the poor guys doing their best to keep seamonkey working.

Clearly, Mozilla won't help. At this point, it is up to the christian
Gods. Please ask Him to help. He may hear you louder than us heathens.
Don't be afraid. God hasn't smote anybody for thousands of years.

These modern days, the worst god does is simply ignore you, as if He
doesn't really exist. Or maybe He is just hiding from us.

"christian Gods"?? But there *IS* only one Christian God .... but then
you have God, the Father. God the Son (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit
(The Holy Ghost) .... but then they are "Three Gods in One"!!

Oh, the Nuns would be sooooo happy!
