so... against my better judgement, i allowed ff to update to 136.0.1
several days ago.

ever since then, ebay listing pages will not load completely, just
sitting there with the little dot going back and forth in the tab.

i run very few extensions/add-ons and am wondering if there is
something that is just broke in ff? everything seems to work in
duckduckgo browser, but i allow it to remove all cookies when closing
(what few i allow in the first place) so it is cumbersome for ebay.

is this working for others? broken for others?

Any specific page?
I just opened ebay, searched for 'lg laptops' and got a long list of items to scroll
through. I'm on Mozilla Firefox 136.0.2 Linux

hmmm... just got home, clicked on ebay and just did a ramndom search
for 'auto parts' (should give me lots of hits no other reason) and it
gave me a bazillion suggestions and when i clicked on the top one, ff
froze.
restarted and restored previous session and a pester box flashed and
went away and it now works. had no idea what it said, it was so fast
and unexpected, so i closed it all and reopened and clicked from the
email link for the original saved search and a 10% (i think it was)
coupon of some sort flashed, but slower, then went away.
oddly enough, it all seems to work now. does ebay now offer coupons?!?!
i use it very little nowadays, and this popup that ff or something was
trying to fight (my assumption) is new to me.
i do use adblock plus, but i had tried it before with it both disabled
and enabled. <shrug>
at any rate, it seems to be working now.

thanks

I have noticed the last couple of FF updates, takes more than one
restart for the upgrade to think it's completed.

Same here. I've found the most time efficient way to accomplish the
installation of downloaded updates is to close FF (properly, from the
File -> Close mouse click sequence and not from the X in the top right
corner of the screen), wait about 5 seconds, and re-open FF. Seems to
successfully install the downloaded update the first time I do that.

Same set-up as Andy.... Win 11 + Ffox 136.0.2... and no problem
loading.
