  According to my notes, it took about one and a half hour from clicking
the 'Download & install' button till the 'Restart now' button became
active. It then said "Restart required (estimate: up to 30 min)", but it
took only 7 minutes till the login screen appeared.

  My laptop also has 16GB and 6 cores, but is 'only' 2.3GHz. But I think
the speed of the disk is more relevant. My laptop has a SSD. What do you
have, HDD or SSD?
