To spoil the ending, I did it with DOS, but before then.... I get that popup with the button, Continue with the logo of Admistrator, and I click on it, but a step or two later, it tells me it can't be done. When I usad a 3rd party file manager, it said, "Do you want th is program of unknown author to change your computer?" and after I said yes, it said "Need special permission" So I used MS File Explorer and googled to find out how to open a second copy and did it with that, and got the same negative results.
