Considering the nature of the sink, 52C is pretty good.

The sink on my cheesy GTX1050 Ti is currently 32C (Task Manager tab).
I could probably get the power usage from GPUZ (techspot). My card
doesn't even have a 2x3 power extension cable, so power cannot be over 65W.

 From a hardware perspective, stay clear of 100C (212F).
The substrate on the GPU does not like temps higher than that.
In the old days, the silicon was good to 135C for 100,000 hours,
but I do not have a figure for modern small-geometry silicon.
The 135C figure was from the cell-library guy at our fab.
He claimed there is a parametric shift if you run the
silicon over 135C for too long. The doping moves around sorta.

Sure, you can use Nylon66 nuts and bolts from the fastener store
(we have such a store here), but those melt above 50C or so.
I would not apply a lot of stress to a bolt like that. The heatsink
is not 52C at the moment, and the heatsink is a lot cooler. The
GPU would need to get a lot warmer (like the 100C number), before
the heatsink would get even close to melting a nylon bolt. So yes,
you can use nylon, just don't torque to the moon. Nylon also gets
brittle from UV light.
