Flat-rates are a good argument to explore what can be done with modems nowadays. The initial goal was to use my little GPD MicroPC with the Faxmodem, when traveling, but I figured out also that a Surf-Stick for (encrypted) SMS (sending/receiving) is pretty cool, with modem-manager-gui, under Linux. -- Regards Stefan
