No.

Yes in effect, but I am on 15.0.

Don't mention it in public, because someone will want to one-up that by
writing config files for config files for config files.

That gives me the expected result. And given that, while a message was
stuck in the queue, new messages were happily getting sent, it seems
unlikely to me that the addr lookup was failing.
