Und zwar hatte sich Ranga Yogeshwar in den USA entsprechende
Forschung angeschaut.
Die kümmern sich auch um Details, wie sich ein Mensch auf dem
Bürgersteig verhält. Welche Körperbewegungen er macht, ob er
diese wiederholt macht, in welchen Zeitabständen, ob und wie er
Blickkontakt zum Auto oder zu Insassen sucht.
Es soll sogar erkannt werden, wie die Augäpfel sich bewegen.

Es wurde von einer hochkarätigen Forschungseinrichtung mitgeteilt,
daß diese Forschung noch 10..20 Jahre andauern wird.

Es geht um Erkennung - mindestens so gut, wie Menschen das können.

Nur _eine solche_ Forschung kümmert sich wirklich und ernstzunehmend
um Autonomes Fahren.
Alles Andere ist Quark und ungenügend!
Bisher ist alles, das real vorhanden ist und agiert, ungenügender Quark.

Man ist sich fast überall nicht klar, was der Mensch eigentlich leistet.
Ich las mal von einem Verkehrs-Experten, wie der sich wundert, daß so
wenige (!) Unfälle im Straßenverkehr passieren, angesichts der Milliarden
von Fahrten, die täglich absolviert werden!

Sogenannte KI hatte mich schon in den 1980ern kaum beeindruckt.
Es gab einen Paradigmenwechsel, weil die KI-Entwicklung eben in den
1980ern erfolglos blieb.

Da sah ich doch ziemlich aktuell einen Bericht, wo der Inhalt von
vielleicht 50000 Datentabellen einer /KI/ übergeben wurde, damit
medizinische Aussagen von der KI getroffen werden konnten.
Quark.
Das ist kaum eine KI, sondern weitgehend eine statistische Auswertung!

Was wäre denn wirklich eine KI-Leistung?
Zum Beispiel erkennen zu können, ob man im Straßenverkehr verfolgt
wird oder eben nicht verfolgt wird, obwohl in zwei Fällen jeweils
ein potentieller Verfolger acht Kurven weit verfolgte.

Ein Mensch kann das erkennen!
Hinterherfahren ≥n Kurven lang, reicht als Kriterium nicht aus.
Ein wirklicher Verfolger zeigt eine bestimmte Hinterherfahr-Charakteristik,
die ein Hinterherfahrer, der kein Verfolger ist, eben nicht hat.
Auch wenn ein Verfolger seine Verfolger-Charakteristik zu verbergen
sucht - ein Mensch erkennt es (meist) trotzdem, daß er verfolgt wird!
DAS wäre für mich wirklich eine anerkennenswerte KI-Leistung.

Nur, mit wirklichen Feinheiten befaßt sich (heutzutage) kaum jemand.
Es wird weitestgehend /platt/ gedacht.
Und wirklich etwas Machen/Schaffen, will auch kaum jemand.
Viel beliebter ist z.B. hämisch lästern.
