Das ist ja haarsträubend, aber das ist für mich (mit einiger Erfahrung 
bezügl. der deutschen Gesetzgebung und Rechtsprechung) ja nichts Neues. 
Bloß gut, dass das bei meinem Unfall damals keiner wusste. ;)

Also: Ich war (als Halter und Fahrer) der Letzte in einem Stau, der 
nächste hat das zu spät (oder gar nicht) geschnallt, brummt mir mit 
~40km/h ungebremst hinten drauf und schiebt mich auf den Vordermann 
drauf. Keine Verletzten, aber Schaden an meiner Karre (lt. Gutachten und 
  Werkstattrechnung) ~15.000,-DM.

Das hat mir die Haftpflichtversicherung des Verursachers anstandslos 
erstattet. So sollte es gem. §1 Gesunder Menschenverstand wohl auch 
sein, oder? Nach den einschlägigen Paragraphen also nicht, da hätte ich 
als Halter auch noch draufzahlen müssen, obwohl ich absolut nichts dafür 
konnte. Meine "Schuld" bestand also darin, das ich mir das Auto 
überhaupt gekauft habe? Nicht böse sein, die spinnen ja wohl. Es sei 
denn, du /überzeugst/ mich vom Gegenteil. Bin gespannt.
