At least with the Cloud version of Office you can use the apps on pretty
much any device, I think this is the way things are heading. Now correct
me if I'm wrong (And I did have a quick look), none of the Linux open
source office suites will work as a web application, thus tying users to
their PCs. I quite like sitting in a cafe or bar or on a train using my
iPad or iPhone to tweak a document. It's a nice joined up, seamless
method of working.
