Right click on the start charm at the bottom and go to Control Panel 
then System. Double check that your Workgroup is spelt the same way as 
the others on the network (including case sensitivity) then also check 
that you don't have two machines with the same name. IE felixunger-pc. 
Windows has a really bad habit of allowing you to have machines with the 
same name on the network then they will not talk to each other.

The other thing to try is to check the IP settings of one you are trying 
to connect to then try to ping it from the machine that is not connecting.

Try these commands from an elevated prompt...

netsh winhttp reset proxy

This resets any proxies you have just in case one has been put in there 
by a bug.

netsh winsock reset

This resets the winsock communications stack.

netsh int ip reset

This resets the tcpip stack.

Netsh interface ip delete arpcache

This deletes the address resolution protocol stack and can assist when a 
machine cannot see another machine on the network.

See how that goes...
