because I had already tried so many things I couldn't even remember. I 
posted a pic of the error message. that should have been a clue for any 
'expert'

no. I blocked him in aus.cars because 90% of what he was posting there 
was just criticism of me.
personally, I don't think he's a bad person. he just wants to be in with 
the 'in crowd' so he jumps on the bandwagon.
